car was booked in for some time to have head light alinment, sat nav update only to find out they did not no what sat nav was fitted so had to be re booked. there is a shortage of curtesy cars no car for 2 days could be a problem in the future

I had to wait for ages to drop off my keys, this isn't a dig at the service desk as they were just getting a cup of tea - more a dig at the 5 salesman who were sat in the showroom and not one of them spoke to me or let the service advisor know.

It took almost 4 hours for a very quick service. Also, having phoned up to ask a question, instead of asking the appropriate mechanic for advice, asked me to bring the car in. I managed to solve the issue in 30 seconds after googling it

Usually I would have given it a completely satisfied but unfortunately I can't since we are put through to a central call centre who doesn't know anything about the dealership and also didn't know exactly what was needed to be included in the service

Don't return calls or emails. Didn't do the work that was promised before collection. Didn't do work satisfactorily when the car went back and didn't complete all work promised, resulting in a further 70 mile round trip

At the end of November my Mini was due for service. When I phoned for an appointment I was told the workshop was about to close and the first available appointment was late in January. You should have informed me earlier of the intended closure.
