Needed a replacement window seal (under warranty), advised Lancaster ahead of Service date but was told it would be looked at at service but would need a separate visit to replace the part, which was subsequently done. Thus two round trips of 60miles

Greeted on entering... offered a range of service's. Excepted the offer of a lift into town while the car was being serviced. We were collected from town following a call from Tracy to see the work was complete on the mini.

I am dissatisfied with Mini and had asked that I was never contacted ny Mini again however Marc Haines friendly professional help has again restored my faith in Mini.
1) car drop-off - staff disinterested and monotone 2) original stated cost of service increased by £200+.. When queried,cost immediately dropped. Challenged with 'we can listen to your original call' - which I insisted they did. Original cost paid!!

nothing to complain about apart from the receptionist asking me 3 times if I had had a good day. You should ease up on the niceness training, it is not necessary and can be off putting. Just let the staff behave naturally.
