There was a very long lead time for service and MOT - three weeks. We only just managed to squeeze it in before the MOT became overdue.

Left car for 2 days for oil leak, loan car not clean inside. no update as promised day 1. Day 2 collected car - when starting warning light on - had to wait 30 mins to be sorted and bill doubled due to cost of part. Also no price for additional part.

It was the second Mini I had purchased from this particular dealers and with both times the service was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and having patience with me when I was making a decision on my new Mini as to colours, spec etc.
