Per4sonal service received was first class and staff arranged a courtesy check of my current car whilst I road tested the new clubman.
Very patient, helpful Sales personnel.
We were offered a test drive and valuation but this didn't happen even though we were there for 2 hours.

Happy with experience just was not told that the car would be having a mini service when changing brake fluid do more expensive than thought
Not sure if a problem I had with the car had been looked at, a previous problem that I requested to be looked at again.
I couldn't fault any of the service I received
Reception staff friendly and was 'looked after' on first visit. No drink offered on 2nd visit, so after an hour I helped myself, but had to ask for milk. Didn't have the same welcoming feel this time.
Very nice reception staff who kept me informed regarding the time I could expect to wait, plus a nice coffee and a good selection of magazines.
There's an issue with either my car or the garage's equipment which means having to return for what should have been a routine software update. I'll give them five as this is doubtless one of those small-minded star ratings that only idiots believe.

I really enjoyed having th JCW MIni for the weekend but I was late dropping my car off to mini as I had an emergency. I had really dirty seats in the back and the receptionist stated 'they will clean it all for you'. I wasn't. Slightly disappointing.
Had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment. I booked an 8am drop off & 6pm collection but it wasn't taken to the workshop until 3pm so couldn't be fixed that day & as I work in London was unable to collect until Friday, after rearranging my plans.
The purchasing experience was excellent. Good showroom with easy parking. A knowledgeable sales exec who was not too pushy and provided a really good deal. The Mini arrived on time and was ready to drive away and enjoy. Good follow up.
This scale doesn't go far enough to express our complete delight. Very often the fundamental values in buying goods get overlooked and considered unimportant. In this rare case, it couldn't be further from this trend. Top class all the way.
